Adidas Click is a global B2B ordering platform that enables partners and retailers to purchase products directly from Adidas at scale.
Originally launched as a lean MVP, the platform quickly grew into a critical digital channel used by thousands of businesses worldwide.
However, as the customer base expanded, the platform struggled to keep up with diverse operational needs, legal requirements, and business models across different markets.

My role
Product Designer involved in the entire product cycle — from user interviews and insight synthesis to end-to-end flow design, prototyping, usability testing, and handover to development.

Move from an MVP toward a scalable, intuitive, and user-centric e-commerce ecosystem.
By deeply understanding how retailers of different sizes operate, we aimed to redesign the platform’s flow so businesses — from global chains to small clubs — could easily and confidently move their full purchasing process online.
